ALMC was founded by motorsport enthusiasts who worked at Dublin Airport & was originally known as Aer Lingus Motor Club. Membership is drawn mainly from Dublin, Meath, Louth, and other Leinster Counties, as most events run in these areas. For many years, ALMC has run a Stages Rally but in recent years it has become a pioneer in Endurance Trials & other forms of production car-based motorsport.
