NATIONAL NAVIGATION TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Motorsport Ireland National Navigation Trial Championship runs over a winter season from October to March and comprises of eight events. There are four class divisions; beginner, novice, semi-expert and expert and competing cars must comply fully with road traffic regulations.

BORDER NAVIGATION TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Squealing Pig Border Navigation Trial Championship currently takes in rounds in rounds run by the Cavan, Monaghan and Midland Motor Clubs. The Championship runs to the Navigational Trial Regulations listed in the current Motorsport Ireland Yearbook and all queries are to be directed towards the Border Navigation Trial Championship Facebook page.
NATIONAL ENDURANCE TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Run predominantly in daylight hours and featuring less complicated navigation tasks than the National Navigation Trial Championship, the National Endurance Trial series is also an eight-round competition, taking in rounds between February and October. There are two classes of car and within that, there are five class divisions of beginner, novice, semi-expert, expert, and master. Cars and events must comply fully with Appendix 35 of the current Motorsport Ireland Yearbook.
