New Irish Digital Motorsports Championship Launched
In partnership with Digital-Motorsports.com, Motorsport Ireland has just launched a brand new Championship and it's safe to say it raises the eSports / sim racing bar to new levels!
This has also resulted in the development of a whole new framework for professional Digital Motorsport called the iDMC (Irish Digital Motorsports Championship).
Each season - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, we will run a new championship with Digital-Motorsports.com, with competitors required to hold a Motorsport Ireland Digital License.
The new Motorsport Ireland Digital Licence, along with the Irish Digital Motorsport Championship will not only crown an Irish national champion but will also enable Irish competitors to represent their country on the world's stage in official FIA digital Motorsport events in multiple disciplines such as rallying, racing, karting, rallycross and drifting.

The BMW M4 & M8 COMPETITION uses iRacing's new BMW M4 GT4 for the Pro-Am class and the BMW M8 GTE for the Pro class. The 9 round championship will visit 6 world class circuits and feature a combination of sprint and endurance races.
