At the meeting of the Motorsport Council on the 25th of November, it was decided that Appendix 16 and 17 are suspended and a winner for the Billy Coleman and the Sexton awards will not be made this year due to COVID impact on the calendar. 

The available supports for 2021 including the continued commitment from Sport Ireland, will be channelled to the 2020 finalists under a driver development programme,  the detail of which will be announced in mid December.
