This week’s Motorsport Ireland – RIAC classic video from the RPM Motorsport collection is highlights from the 1995 Donegal International Rally.

Bertie Fisher took his fourth and final Donegal win in 1995 but he was pushed all the way by James Cullen who returned to Group A power for this event. Frank Meagher claimed the final podium position adding to his Irish Tarmac Rally Championship lead.
