This week’s Motorsport Ireland – RIAC classic video from the RPM Motorsport collection is highlights from the 1995 Manx International Rally.

Bertie Fisher looked odds on favourite to take a maiden Manx International win and a fourth Irish Tarmac Rally Championship. However, mechanical maladies forced him out of the event allowing Frank Meagher, who battled his way through the field after an early puncture, to win the event and claim his one and only Irish Tarmac Rally Championship title.
